Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Add the flour and gently fold with a spatula until incorporated.
  3. Separate a small amount of the mixture into a bowl and add the cocoa, mixing well.
  4. Grease a cake mold and lightly dust with flour.
  5. Pour 1/2 of the white mixture, then the cocoa mixture, and again 1/2 of the white mixture.
  6. Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  7. Decorate as desired.
