4 cloves garlic

750 g mushrooms

4 tsp chopped thyme

100 ml white wine

6 tbsp flour

1 l water

black pepper

beef broth

200 ml cooking cream
Preparation
In a pan, heat the butter and oil, sauté the onions for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic for about 1 minute.
Add the chopped mushrooms and thyme, cooking for about 5 minutes.
Pour in the wine and cook for another 3 minutes.
Stir in the flour slowly for about 2 minutes, then add the water and mix well.
Once boiling, reduce the heat, season with salt, black pepper, and add the beef broth. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Add the cream, continuing to cook on low heat (do not boil). Blend and garnish with parsley and thyme.
