Ingredients

1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)

100 ml warm water

100 ml warm milk

100 ml oil
check_circle
1 egg white

1 tbsp sugar
check_circle
1 tsp salt

800 g flour + 50 g for rolling
Preparation
Knead the dough and cover with a cloth to rest for 30 minutes.
Divide into 12 equal balls.
Roll each ball, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with a little cheese.
Let rise for 60 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp oil.
Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
