Ingredients
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 100 ml warm milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 800 g flour + 50 g for rolling
Preparation
  1. Knead the dough and cover with a cloth to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide into 12 equal balls.
  3. Roll each ball, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with a little cheese.
  4. Let rise for 60 minutes.
  5. Brush with beaten egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp oil.
  6. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
