Ingredients
  • 500g carrots
  • 400g cooked beans
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • curry
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Clean and chop the carrots and onion.
  2. Sauté them in preheated oil and add water.
  3. After 20 minutes, add the beans and spices.
  4. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and blend with an immersion blender.
