Broccoli with Cream and Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 150/200 ml cooking cream
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 50 ml butter
  • 1 tbsp salt
Preparation
  1. In boiling water with 1 tbsp salt, add the broccoli florets for about 3/4 minutes.
  2. Cool with cold water and ice to stop the cooking process.
  3. Melt the butter in a wok pan with a few drops of oil.
  4. Add the broccoli, cream, and blue cheese, and mix well.
  5. After 3/4 minutes, it is ready.
