Ingredients

100 ml oil

For the cream: 120 g butter

5 tbsp powdered sugar

5 tbsp fresh milk

100 ml liquid cream

80 g white chocolate

1/2 cup ground walnuts
Preparation
Beat the eggs with sugar until pale. Add oil, honey, baking soda, cinnamon, and flour.
Mix by hand until a medium-soft dough forms.
Let it rest in a cool place for about half an hour.
Roll out to a thickness of 6-7 mm and cut cookies with shapes.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space in between.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about thirty minutes.
For the cream: Beat butter and sugar until pale. Add cream, melted white chocolate, and ground walnuts.
Crush some cookies into the mixture for thickening, mix everything, and sandwich two cookies together.
