300g sugar

100g butter

200g grated carrots

Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the eggs with sugar until pale, then add butter and oil.
Continue mixing until homogeneous, then add dry ingredients and finally the carrots.
Grease and flour a 23cm bundt pan.
Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 45 minutes with fan, or 180°C without.
Once cooled, turn it out onto a platter, drizzle with melted caramelized condensed milk, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
