Culinaro's role
Culinaro provides discovery, profiles, messaging and request tools. A cooking or catering service contract is made directly between the client and the chef; Culinaro is not the food-service provider.
Marketplace transparency
This page explains who provides the service, how Culinaro presents chefs and content, and what to do when something is unlawful, unsafe or misleading.
Culinaro provides discovery, profiles, messaging and request tools. A cooking or catering service contract is made directly between the client and the chef; Culinaro is not the food-service provider.
Before paid marketplace contracting is enabled, every chef must declare whether they act as a trader. Consumers will see that status and whether EU consumer rights apply before confirming an order.
Culinaro currently records requests and agreed details but does not collect payments or deposits. Price, cancellation and refund terms must be stated by the chef and accepted by the client in the booking flow.
Chefs remain responsible for legally required registrations, hygiene, allergen information, permits and insurance. Clients must provide accurate allergy information through the protected request field.
Users must own or be allowed to publish recipes, images and videos. Unlawful content, rights infringements, unsafe services and misleading information can be reported through the formal notice process.
Hosted identity verification may be performed by Didit when enabled. AI is used for assisted content translation, not for final moderation decisions or decisions that produce legal effects.
