Preparation
Cut the beef into thin strips.
Chop the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and onion.
Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
Fry the beef until golden.
Add the vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve warm.
