Ingredients

chia seeds – 80 g

fresh milk (or coconut/almond) – 400 ml

mango – 2 pcs

honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp

vanilla – 1 tsp
check_circle
coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
In a bowl, mix chia seeds with milk.
Add honey and vanilla.
Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Peel and dice the mango or puree it.
Divide the chia pudding into cups.
Top with mango and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve.
