Ingredients
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 200 g seafood
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add the rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the white wine and wait for it to evaporate.
  5. Start adding the broth gradually while stirring constantly.
  6. Add the seafood and continue cooking.
  7. Cook until the rice is creamy and al dente.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
