Ingredients

cocoa – 2 tbsp

coconut oil – 2 tbsp

maple syrup (or agave) – 2 tbsp

vanilla – 1 tsp

coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place them in a blender.
Add the oats and almonds.
Blend until a sticky mixture forms.
Add cocoa, coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla.
Mix well until homogeneous.
Form small balls with your hands.
Roll them in coconut flakes and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
