Ingredients
  • 75 g fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients except Parmesan, gradually adding them.
  2. Once blended, add the Parmesan and mix well.
  3. Pour the pesto into a jar and seal tightly (yields approximately 300 ml).
  4. Store in the refrigerator!
