Ingredients

75 g fresh basil

2 tbsp pine nuts

1/2 tsp salt
check_circle
200 ml olive oil
check_circle
2 tbsp Parmesan
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except Parmesan, gradually adding them.
Once blended, add the Parmesan and mix well.
Pour the pesto into a jar and seal tightly (yields approximately 300 ml).
Store in the refrigerator!
