In muffin tins, place 1-2 slices of pork fillet and one slice of pineapple at the bottom.
Fill the formed basket with coarsely chopped cheese and yellow cheese, lifting the edges of the fillet slightly upwards to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve the appetizer with a green salad and a few slices of tomato.
Optionally, sprinkle with coconut flakes or nuts.
You can also cook them in a baking dish and then cut into portions.
