Ingredients
  • whole grain pasta – 250 g
  • zucchini – 2 pcs
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • cherry tomatoes – 200 g
  • parmesan – 60 g
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • basil – handful
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin strips or cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic.
  4. Add the zucchini and cook for 5–6 minutes until softened.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and basil. Serve immediately.
