  • lentils – 300 g
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • pepper – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • savory – 1/2 tsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • water – 1 l
Preparation
  1. Wash the lentils well.
  2. Chop the vegetables.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  4. Add the carrot and pepper.
  5. Add the lentils and tomatoes.
  6. Pour in the water.
  7. Add the spices and cook until the lentils are tender.
