Ingredients
  • 225g all-purpose flour type 500
  • 75g all-purpose flour type 00
  • 1/3 cube of yeast
  • 160g lukewarm water
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Sift the flour together with the salt.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix it with the flour, followed by the oil.
  3. Knead a soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled in size.
  4. Once risen, shape the dough into 50g balls, placing each on a small square of parchment paper, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Boil water in a steamer pot and arrange a maximum of 4 balls at a time.
  6. Cover the pot with a cloth to prevent condensation from dripping onto the buns and steam for 10 minutes.
