Ingredients

1/3 cube of yeast

160g lukewarm water

Preparation
Sift the flour together with the salt.
Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix it with the flour, followed by the oil.
Knead a soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled in size.
Once risen, shape the dough into 50g balls, placing each on a small square of parchment paper, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Boil water in a steamer pot and arrange a maximum of 4 balls at a time.
Cover the pot with a cloth to prevent condensation from dripping onto the buns and steam for 10 minutes.
