Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs in salted water for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the avocado and mash it with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread.
  5. Peel and slice the eggs, then place them on top of the avocado.
  6. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
