Ingredients
  • dark chocolate – 200 g
  • cream – 100 ml
  • butter – 30 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • nuts – 50 g
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Gently heat the cream.
  3. Mix the chocolate with the cream.
  4. Add the butter and stir.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Shape into small bonbons.
  7. Roll in cocoa or nuts.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
