tortilla chips (nachos) – 200 g

ground beef (beef) – 300 g

cheese – 150 g

tomatoes – 2 pcs

onion – 1/2 pc

garlic – 1 clove

olive oil – 1 tbsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp

red pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the ground beef and cook until done.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper.
Arrange the nachos on a baking tray.
Spread the cooked beef on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5–7 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and serve immediately.
