Ingredients

walnuts – 100 g

almonds – 100 g

hazelnuts – 80 g
check_circle
tahini – 2 tbsp (optional)

cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)

coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place them in a blender.
Add the nuts and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
Optionally, add tahini and cocoa for richer flavor.
Shape into small balls or bars.
Roll in coconut flakes.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Serve.
