Ingredients
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 large mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 150g tomato juice
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • savory
Preparation
  1. For 4-5 servings, clean and chop the vegetables.
  2. Place them in a clay pot (gyuvech) and add the tomatoes, spices, olive oil, salt, and savory.
  3. Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 180°C and then another hour at 130°C.
  4. Cooking in a gyuvech is slower but tastier!
  5. Enjoy your meal!
