Preparation
For 4-5 servings, clean and chop the vegetables.
Place them in a clay pot (gyuvech) and add the tomatoes, spices, olive oil, salt, and savory.
Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 180°C and then another hour at 130°C.
Cooking in a gyuvech is slower but tastier!
