Preparation
Serves 2 people.
Bring 2.5-3 liters of water to a boil.
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Sauté the mushrooms in ghee or your preferred fat for 10-15 minutes.
Add spices (red pepper, black pepper, parsley, salt) towards the end of cooking.
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. If done correctly, the sauce and pasta will be ready at the same time.
Serve with sliced pickles and a glass of wine. Enjoy!
