Ingredients
  • 250g pasta
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 250g sour cream
  • red pepper
  • black pepper
  • fenugreek
  • parsley
  • salt
  • ghee (fat)
Preparation
  1. Serves 2 people.
  2. Bring 2.5-3 liters of water to a boil.
  3. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  4. Sauté the mushrooms in ghee or your preferred fat for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add spices (red pepper, black pepper, parsley, salt) towards the end of cooking.
  6. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. If done correctly, the sauce and pasta will be ready at the same time.
  7. Serve with sliced pickles and a glass of wine. Enjoy!
