cherries (pitted)
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Gradually add the oil, then the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Pour into a 25 cm diameter baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Arrange the cherries on top.
Bake at 180 °C until done.
