10 green onion stalks

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 clove garlic

30 ml olive oil

freshly ground black pepper

3 tbsp peeled pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Clean the carrots and blend them with coriander, pumpkin seeds, and garlic in a food processor.
Mix with the cottage cheese (which is unsalted).
Add finely chopped green onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped chives or dill.
