Ingredients

400 g ladyfingers 'Savoiardi'

0.500 l fresh milk
check_circle
1 pack Dr. Oetker cream (no cooking required)

250 ml whipped cream + 2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 cup coffee (cold)

1 pack gelatin - dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water (after swelling

melt in a water bath and add immediately to the cream and whipped cream)
Preparation
Whip the milk with the cream well.
In a separate bowl, whip the whipped cream with the powdered sugar.
Mix them together and add the gelatin. Stir well.
Take a springform ring and line the sides with upright ladyfingers, without dipping them in coffee.
At the bottom, place one layer of ladyfingers dipped briefly in coffee. Add cream on top and alternate until finished.
Grate chocolate on top, or add any topping of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours before removing the ring.
