Ingredients
  • rice – 100 g
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • vegetable or chicken broth – 1 l
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Chop the carrot, onion, and garlic.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the carrot.
  4. Add the rice and stir briefly.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Cook until the rice is ready.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
