Preparation
Cook the rice according to the instructions and let it cool slightly.
Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch for 3–4 minutes.
Chop the carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper.
Dice the avocado.
In a bowl, layer: rice → vegetables → avocado → corn.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the sauce over the bowl, sprinkle with sesame, and serve.
