Ingredients
  • skyr – 400 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • honey (or sweetener) – 2 tbsp
  • dark chocolate – 60 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • milk (optional) – 50 ml
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, place the skyr.
  2. Add the cocoa, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. If too thick, add a little milk.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and either mix it in or sprinkle on top.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Serve.
