Ingredients
  • chicken meat – 300 g
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • chicken broth – 1 l
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Boil the chicken in the broth.
  2. Chop the potatoes, carrot, and onion.
  3. Add them to the soup.
  4. Cook until softened.
  5. Beat the eggs with lemon juice.
  6. Take some hot broth and add it to the eggs (tempering).
  7. Return the mixture to the soup while stirring continuously.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
