Ingredients
  • 400 g pork meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork meat into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion and carrot.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the meat until golden.
  4. Add the onion and carrot, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the paprika and add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender.
  7. Serve warm.
