Preparation
Cut the cheese into thicker slices.
Lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
Heat a grill pan or grill.
Grill the cheese for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Season with black pepper and oregano.
Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
