Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the zucchini into thin strips (like lasagna sheets).
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the ground meat and cook until done.
Add the tomatoes and spices, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg.
In a baking dish, layer: zucchini → meat → cheese → repeat.
Finish with mozzarella and parmesan on top, bake for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
