soy sauce – 2 tbsp

olive oil – 2 tbsp

burger buns (vegan) – 4 pcs

lettuce – 4 leaves

tomato – 2 pcs

vegan mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Preparation
Mash the beans with a fork or lightly puree (to keep texture).
Add the ground oats, grated carrot, finely chopped onion, and garlic.
Season with soy sauce, spices, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Form 4 burgers and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
Cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
Lightly toast the buns.
Assemble the burger: bun → mayonnaise → bean patty → lettuce → tomato → bun.
Serve immediately.
