tofu – 400 g

carrot – 1 piece

pepper – 1 piece

green onion – 3 stalks

garlic – 2 cloves

soy sauce – 3 tbsp

olive oil – 2 tbsp

sesame oil – 1 tsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp

sesame – 1 tbsp
Preparation
Cook the rice according to the instructions and let it cool slightly.
Cut the tofu into cubes and dry it well.
Sauté it in a pan with olive oil until golden on all sides.
Add chopped carrot, pepper, and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and mix well.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Sprinkle with green onion and sesame and serve.
