Ingredients
  • 220 g tea biscuits
  • 80 g soft butter
  • 300 g Philadelphia cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 ml liquid cream (sweetened)
  • 170 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 10 g gelatin dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water
  • jam
  • jelly or chocolate for spreading (about 150 g)
Preparation
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in water. Blend the biscuits, add the butter and mix until smooth. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate to set. Prepare a mixture of cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, and add the gelatin. Pour it over the biscuit base and let it set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Spread with jam if desired.
