Ingredients
  • almond flour – 150 g
  • peanut butter – 120 g
  • coconut oil – 80 g
  • erythritol – 60 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • dark chocolate (85%+) – 80 g
Preparation
  1. Melt the coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, and erythritol.
  3. Add the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. Stir until a thick and homogeneous mixture forms.
  5. Spread the mixture in a small tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
