50g coconut flakes

5g cinnamon

100g golden raisins

50g goji berries

50g dried red cranberries

100g pumpkin seeds

50g sesame seeds

100g almonds

100g sunflower seeds

50g dried figs

1 vanilla pod

100g extra virgin coconut oil

150g honey

2 tbsp date syrup
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt the liquid ingredients if necessary and add them to the dry mix.
Stir the granola well and spread it in a thin layer on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until desired browning, without stirring.
Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container.
Enjoy for breakfast with yogurt, on top of a smoothie bowl, or simply on its own.
