Ingredients
  • cake layers – 3 pcs
  • dark chocolate – 200 g
  • cream – 400 ml
  • sugar – 100 g
  • butter – 50 g
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • syrup – 100 ml
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. Heat part of the cream and mix it with the chocolate.
  3. Whip the remaining cream with the sugar and vanilla.
  4. Combine the chocolate cream with the whipped cream.
  5. Soak the cake layers with syrup.
  6. Assemble the cake by alternating layers and cream.
  7. Frost the entire cake with cream, dust with cocoa or grated chocolate, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
