Ingredients
  • bread (whole grain or white) – 8 slices
  • fish (tuna or white fish) – 400 g
  • yogurt or mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
  1. If using fresh fish, bake or boil it and shred.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fish with yogurt/mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the vegetables.
  5. Spread the fish mixture on the slices.
  6. Add lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
  7. Top with another slice, optionally cut in half, and serve.
