Ingredients

shrimp (peeled) – 400 g

garlic – 3 cloves

olive oil – 3 tbsp

cherry tomatoes – 200 g

fresh cream – 150 ml

parmesan – 80 g

salt – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/2 tsp

parsley – 1/2 bunch

lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Pour in the cream and stir.
Add the cooked pasta.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Serve.
