Gluten-Free Soda Bread in AirFryer

Ingredients
  • 55 g chickpea flour
  • 40 g corn flour
  • about 70 ml hot water
  • 1 stevia tablet or 10 g honey (or other sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat the AirFryer to 190°C.
  2. Boil the water. In a bowl, combine lemon juice and stevia.
  3. Add the water and mix. Combine the flours with salt and baking soda.
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  5. Line the AirFryer basket with baking paper and pour in the dough.
  6. Score the surface with a sharp knife and bake for 5 minutes at 190°C, then reduce to 160°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
