55 g chickpea flour

40 g corn flour

about 70 ml hot water

1 stevia tablet or 10 g honey (or other sweetener)

1 tbsp lemon juice
check_circle
1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Preparation
Preheat the AirFryer to 190°C.
Boil the water. In a bowl, combine lemon juice and stevia.
Add the water and mix. Combine the flours with salt and baking soda.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Line the AirFryer basket with baking paper and pour in the dough.
Score the surface with a sharp knife and bake for 5 minutes at 190°C, then reduce to 160°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
