Hummus with Carrots

Ingredients
  • chickpeas (cooked or canned) – 400 g
  • tahini – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • carrots – 3 pcs
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • cumin – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Drain the chickpeas and place them in a blender.
  2. Add tahini, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  4. Blend until smooth (add a little water if needed).
  5. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
  6. Serve the hummus in a bowl with the carrots on the side.
