Ingredients
  • 400 g phyllo dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 80 ml oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the crumbled cheese and yogurt with baking soda and mix.
  3. Grease a baking dish with a little oil.
  4. Layer the phyllo dough, alternating between dough and filling.
  5. Finish with dough on top and drizzle with remaining oil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove, let cool slightly, and serve.
