Pork with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  • pork tenderloin – 600 g
  • mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
  • cream (30%) – 200 ml
  • butter – 30 g
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • onion – 1/2 pc
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • thyme – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork into chops or chunks.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil and sear the meat until golden.
  3. Remove the meat and add butter to the same pan.
  4. Sauté the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Pour in the cream and spices.
  7. Return the meat to the pan and let simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
