Ingredients
  • Greek yogurt (full-fat) – 400 g
  • cream (30%) – 100 ml
  • erythritol (or other keto sweetener) – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • nuts (optional) – 40 g
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cream.
  2. Add the erythritol and vanilla.
  3. Stir until smooth cream.
  4. Add the chia seeds and mix.
  5. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts, Serve.
