Ingredients
  • 500 g small potatoes
  • 500 g red bell peppers
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • marjoram
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • salt
  • red pepper
  • black pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Slice the bell peppers into thicker strips. Cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and onion into slices.
  2. In a larger pan, sauté the potatoes with the bell peppers for about 3-4 minutes. Season with thyme, oregano, and marjoram.
  3. In a larger bowl, mix the mushrooms, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and crumble cheese on top. Stir well.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper, then mix.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes or until done.
