Ingredients
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 80 g
  • bananas – 2 pcs
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 400 ml
  • peanut butter – 2 tbsp
  • oats – 40 g
  • honey – 1–2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • ice – 1 cup
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
  2. Place them in a blender.
  3. Add the protein powder, milk, and peanut butter.
  4. Add the oats, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Add ice.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Serve.
