200 g couscous

150 g broccoli

100 g red bell pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

500 ml water
Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken until golden.
Add the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil and add the couscous.
Remove from heat and let the couscous absorb the water for 5 minutes.
Mix the couscous with the chicken and vegetables.
Serve warm.
