Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 200 g couscous
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 100 g red bell pepper
  • 100 g carrot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 ml water
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken until golden.
  3. Add the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil and add the couscous.
  5. Remove from heat and let the couscous absorb the water for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix the couscous with the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Serve warm.
